Lenovo announces the launch of Erazer X700, a PC for the hardcore gamers. The computer is equipped with a Intel Core i7 Extreme processor and a 16 GB DDR3 RAM memory. Erazer X700 is the first Lenovo model with the OneKey function for overclocking which enhances performance and protects the processor from overheating while playing a high-requirements game. The PC uses a liquid cooling system in order to maintain the internal temperature at optimal levels.
Lenovo Erazer X700 works just fine with video chipsets like NVIDIA SLI (NVIDIA GeForce GTX660 1,5 GB), but also with ATI CrossFireX (AMD Radeon HD 8950 3GB). Erazer can be connected simultaneously to 6 displays with the help of AMD Eyefinity technology. The sound is Dolby surround 7.1 with Dolby Advanced Audio technology and this will prove to complete your gaming experience and categorize it as AWESOME!
Erazer X700 has a HDD of 2 TB (RAID: 2 x 1 TB) that can be extended to 4 TB. The port system is as close to complete as possible: USB 2.0, USB 3.0, HDMI (TBD) and also a card reader 9 in 1 than supports all type of cards including SDXC.
Lenovo seems to be making a statement to their gamer-customers and is approaching the performance level of AlienWare. Let’s just hope they keep it up because competition can only lead to more great news for gamerheads.
